We are a successful business that has been around for 10+ years, is hiring Customer Service Representatives at our Facility in beautiful Financial district, Baltimore! We Service different campaigns. Position: Customer Service Associate
Status: Full-Time, 40 plus hours per week
Schedule: Afternoon Shift
Pay: Weekly Salary (pay raises are offered after a promotion)
Training is Provided
Customer Service Representatives are the face of our business. As our customers are our first primary contact, our Service team provides everything our customers need from processing applications, updating there accounts and going over services we provide. Also general itinerary planning. Our Customer Service Representatives provide an elite level of service that keeps our business to a high stand point.
