We're looking for a live-in person to join our team. This person is responsible for creating a positive experience for guests by making sure they have a great stay. This role is guaranteed 40 hour per week, is required to live on site and be available overnights. We provide free housing with TV, Internet and access to the pool. The hotel itself will be having mobile/self-check - so no face-to-face checking guests-in unless a particular situation requires it, and shifting guest interaction with hotel staff through email, text, with telephone if the situation requires it. Job functions include but are not limited to: Using the hotel system to send mobile check-ins, making reservations, applying payments, answering a multi-line telephone, fulfilling hotel guest requests, resolving guest issues, assisting housekeeping, maintain hotel cleanliness, light maintenance, etc. Work schedule will be based on what works best for all the other team members, and once it’s established it will be set.
