Community Maintenance Personnel Duties not limited to, but include the following: Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup) Landscaping Repair of Water/Sewer lines when needed Troubleshoot problem areas Respond to emergency calls Must be able to: Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectively Work independently Multitask Operate large machinery when necessary Occasionally lift 50lbs or more Experience Preferred.
