Guaranteed Full-time 40+ hours per week. Not Seasonal work. Hiring immediate, all qualified candidates will receive a response. $1000.00 bonus paid after 90 days of employment. This is full time, permanent work with benefits. We employ all our crew members 12 months per year 40+hours per week. Years of experience Requirements: Crew Lead (starting pay $18-23.00) • 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience (preferred but not required) • Follow all safety procedures • Adhere to all company policies • Show up to work on time ever day • Work well with others • Manage a crew of 2-4 crew members Requirements: Crew Members (starting pay $16-20.00) • 1+ years of landscape maintenance experience (preferred but not required) • Follow all safety procedures • Adhere to all company policies • Show up to work on time ever day • Work well with others • Take and follow direction from crew lead and account manager Duties: • All aspects or landscape maintenance • Prune trees and shrubs • Physically able to complete all landscape maintenance tasks • Monitor and adjust irrigation systems • May assist other crews or departments
