ServiceMaster is hiring a full time evening janitorial supervisor to oversee janitorial staff, while coordinating and working with general manager. This is a working position Work Schedule: You have the option of 2 schedules, Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12:30am or Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am Sundays may start before 4pm and finish before 12:30am May require occasional weekends and holidays. Duties include: Driving company vehicle to different buildings to assist in the janitorial cleaning and inspecting clean done by team members Communicate daily with general manager for scheduling and staffing Requirements: Can pass background check Must be able to enter any and all job sites, an absolutely clean record is required Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record 1 year in janitorial or related fields preferred Previous supervisory experience a plus Excellent communication skills Able to physically perform a variety of commercial cleaning tasks Able to keep accurate and timely records and reports Ability to train and motivate employees Excellent attendance Here at ServiceMaster we offer competitive wages, medical/dental/eye care benefits, up to 3% match retirement plan.
