Part time maintenance person needed for well kept timeshare condominium in north Daytona on the beach. We need a good person to work Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays to fill in or assist other full time maintenance staff. Hours are 8 AM to 4 PM 24 hours a week. The job starts in July. You will train with the person retiring from the position to learn the building systems. Some pool cleaning, light maintenance, painting and fixing different things required.
