We are an indoor farm looking for positive, motivated people WHO HUSTLE to join our small, dedicated team. We Offer: Awesome people Year round, indoor work Growth opportunities On the job training $15 per hour to start, full time w/ regular, steady increases (also contingent upon experience) Convenient business hours Monday-Friday 7am - 3:30pm Job Duties Include: -Plant Care -Scrogging -Trellising -Pruning -Integrated Pest Management -Harvesting -Flower Room breakdown and clean -General Labor -Cleaning and Mopping -Equipment Maintenance -Duties as assigned To Apply You Must Have: -A STRONG WORK ETHIC -OLCC Workers Permit -High School Diploma or GED To work with us, you must: -Be a Team Player -Adhere to the attendance policy -Be dependable with reliable transportation -Follow instructions from supervisor and other team members -Perform repetitive production and assembly line work -Work in a fast-paced environment -Follow a checklist -Bend, sit, crouch, kneel and/or stand for 8+ hours -Keep work area clean and organized -Follow all safety rules and guidelines -Carry 50lbs up and down a ladder -Use hand and power tools -Use a paint sprayer (wear a gas mask) -Pay attention to detail -Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (cannabis ok, obviously) and a background check -Use interpersonal skills to cooperate and communicate effectively -Occasionally work overtime and/or weekends/holidays -Have a Growth Mindset -Be Positive -Be Teachable -Be Punctual -Be Respectful Please email your complete resume (cannabis and non-cannabis, I want to know everything that you can do) with at least 2 work references.
