Job Requirements: HVAC and POOL CARE CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED Job Responsibilities:
• Assist Service Supervisor daily with grounds upkeep and cleaning all amenity areas.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance calendar duties.
• Respond to resident service requests, informing office staff and Service Supervisor when complete.
• Inform Service Supervisor if any parts need to be purchased to complete a work order.
• Be available as needed to serve as the on-call emergency personnel representative.
• Complete any maintenance tasks at the community as assigned by Resident Relations Manager and Service Supervisor.
• Perform any required maintenance to ensure that all residents moving in to the property have an apartment home which measures up to company standards.
• Complete any resident service requests assigned.
• Assist in maintaining all amenity areas of the community, including the pool and hot tubs.
• Perform the initial “trash-out” of any new move-outs.
• Ensure that all appliances are in good working order at each turn prior to resident move-ins.
• Perform inspections of each move-out to ensure that all repairs are made prior to painting, carpeting, and final cleaning.
• Perform lock changes, providing new keys to the management office.
• This position requires heavy lifting. As such, ability to do heavy lifting is a prerequisite for this position.
• These responsibilities are a framework, but not all encompassing.
• Any other duties may be assigned by the company from time to time.
