We are seeking an experienced, professional jack-of-all-trades handyman to add in our newly established handyman division, which is growing rapidly. Apply below: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing excellent services to clients, including: General home maintenance and home repair services Home renovation and home remodeling Installation services Honey-do list items General carpentry work General drywall repairs & finishing Caulking & painting Ceiling repair Stucco repair Soffit, fascia, & siding repair Gutter repair & installation Wood floor installation & repair Tile floor installation & repair Grout repair Mirror installation Picture hanging Babyproofing Safety & mobility / aging in place Hanging blinds, curtains & drapes TV wall mounting Custom shelving, bookcases, & mantels Handrail installation Assembling furniture Building decks & fences Installing attic stairs & doors Window repair & weatherproofing Window shutter installation Holiday lighting & decorations Garage organization & storage Basketball pole mounting Maintaining the cleanliness and care of the company vehicle. Accounting for and returning all cleaning equipment and supplies to the vehicle before leaving the client’s home. Following and upholding all company policies and procedures. Maintaining excellent attendance. Ability to move and/or lift 50 lbs. Generating positive online reviews from clients.
