Respond with pics of work and contact phone number and email address. I have a 16 X 35 rolled roof and I want it replaced with a new TPO and ISO board for proper drainage. We will supply all materials you provide only the labor / pick up materials / haul off all debris. There will likely be roof decking to replace as well. There is a 2 foot tall parapet wall on the perimiter on 3 sides only and there are 3 scupper drains that you will need to fit the ISO board correctly for proper drainage. There will also be some shingles that will need to be replaced over the parapet wall and the flat transition to the new TPO roofing. You will need to have references and they will be checked out and you must have a crew not just one person.
