Maintenance Technician $18 - $20 an hour (with 90 day performance review) We are currently seeking an experienced full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN. We have an immediate opening for a hard-working, dedicated individual to become part of our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team-player with great time management skills and a strong work ethic. Requirements: Follow safety practices & company policies Communicates effectively with co-workers and management regarding the status of ongoing maintenance Strong apartment maintenance/ renovation skills Strong diagnostic and repair skills. Must have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. with the ability to perform physical requirements, including. lifting, bending, kneeling, walking and standing for varied periods. Punctual and organized; excellent multi-tasker Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle Must be able to get to and from the apartment buildings we own (all apartments are located in Manchester NH and are approximately within a 15 minute driving radius) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Job Type: Full-Time Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am- 4:30pm No regularly scheduled night or weekend hours, however, applicant must be available for emergency on-call responsibilities and snow removal after hours and/or on weekends, as needed. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
