I am looking for someone who owns a house and wants to rent out a room. I would be willing to cook, clean, do errands, etc. in exchange for some of the rent as well. I don’t not have any kids or pets, but don’t mind if you do. I am 48, female, quiet, respectful, responsible, and super clean. I am a professional and work in an office during the day and I typically work a part-time job as well. I just accepted an offer in Middlebury and am currently commuting from St. Albans every day, so would like to get a place closer.
