Cannabis Trimmer This position requires a focused and detail oriented person who is open to continual constructive critiquing. We pride ourselves on our hand trim at Gnome Grown and we will guide new trimmers into our personal style and provide feedback as needed. Trimming experience is required. The current trim team is long standing, but we need to expand as our farm has expanded. We prefer part time for now and you must have an OLCC marijuana handlers permit and reliable transportation. The pay is by the gram and our lead trimmers make upward to $30/hr, while maintaining a quality trim. On average our trimmers make between $17-$25/hr. If you are a quality trimmer that has the speed down you will be fairly compensated. We trim on stem and value quality over speed.
