TEMPORARY - Construction Cleaning Compensation: $20/hr employment type: temporary APPLICANT MUST LIVE IN MILWAUKEE COUNTY in 1 of these zip codes- 53208 53210 53214 53222 53226 ************** Must meet income and work requirements ** Looking to fulfill State Hiring Requirements for project ** Must have worked less than 1200 hours in the last 12 months ** or have been laid off for the last 30 days ** Must meet income requirements (specified upon first call) Pay will be $20/hr while on any funded project and will be temporary **** if you qualify for the position and meet special hiring requirements - $250 sign on bonus after first day completed work*** - Permanent placement is possible dependent on work load and employee productivity at a different rate APPLY HERE JOB SUMMARY: Perform general cleaning and other cleaning duties for the location(s) in which they are assigned. Receives supervision from the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Lead Cleaner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Clean, dust all walls, artifacts or accessories (anything on walls). Clean all light fixtures, clean and/or dust all shelves, clean all doors and door frames, inside and out all cabinets. Clean all kitchen areas including cabinets (inside and out), shelves, sink, fixtures, doors, floors and all window boards. Clean bathrooms including shower, toilet, urinal, tubes, ventilators, dividers, floors, toilet paper and towel dispensers. Wipe down and/or vacuum borders and corners. Remove all sticky fragments from surfaces; remove any visible stains from floors. All stone floors need to be washed with machine and all vinyl floors need to be washed and dried. Must be a positive team player and willing to help others if and when needed to complete the task. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety/hazard training, attendance, punctuality, dress code and code of conduct. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Other job duties may be assigned upon company or management discretion mutually agreed upon. QUALIFICATIONS: Cleaning and customer service experience. Must be physically able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 20lbs for 50% of the work shift Must be physically able to bend, stoop and reach 100% of the work shift Ability to maintain and assist in keeping building areas clean.
