We are currently hiring for Direct Support Professionals & Individualized Services Direct Support Professionals in Albany, Corvallis, Keizer, Salem, Monmouth, Dallas, and Independence. Open shifts include day, swing, awake overnight, weekends, and live-in. Part-time, full-time, and flex positions are also available. Wages start at $14.25-$15.25/hour, a differential is available for specific shifts (up to $15.25). Both women really enjoy to be a part of choice making and having information presented to them. Staff are advocates, that will provide informed choice, structure, creativity, flexibility, and a devotion to purpose. Some interests, include sporting events (both playing and watching), adventures outdoors (hiking, camping, swimming etc), arts and crafts, action related things ( movies, games, looking at merch, etc) baking and,cooking ( finding new things to make), bingo, puzzles different social media site, comedy, and of course zombies, wizards, witches, vampires and more! Keizer-3 You will be supporting two young gentlemen and one young woman. All three stay pretty active throughout the day. Activities can range from shooting hoops in the backyard, watching TV & Movies, surfing the web for favorite movie quotes, swinging on the swing set in the backyard. Visiting the Dollar Tree daily, beach trips, and swimming in the pool out back during the summer are more favorites! Salem-2 You will be working with 3 elderly gentlemen who all have different likes. They range from just relaxing and laying in the sun, to shooting hoops (both indoors and outdoors), to listening to classic country music, to watching wrestling, to making trips to coffee shops, to cooking up meals. That is just the tip of the iceberg at this home. Come and find out the other things these men enjoy. Monmouth-1 This is a duplex with 2 ladies on one side and 3 gentlemen on another side. When working with the ladies, they love to stay active! Staff are advocated that will provide informed choices, structure, creativity, flexibility, and a devotion to purpose. Some examples of things you could be doing is arts and crafts, watching action movies, or enjoying sitting outside in the nice weather! When working with the gentlemen, they really like getting out for drives! Maybe stopping for a soda pop and burger! They also enjoy being outside in the backyard daily, watching movies, and help put away things in the kitchen. Doesn't matter which side of the house you work on, you'll need to be aware of what's going on all the time. But these people will keep you busy and make your day fun! Be ready to keep everyone excited with different things to do! Maintain other set requirements. You Must (requirements): Be at least 18 years old. Pass a pre-employment drug test for the use of illegal drugs. Pass a state/federal criminal history check. () Be able to regularly lift a minimum of 25lbs (some positions require more). Possess a valid driver's license or state ID.( ) Be able to attend a two week orientation located in Monmouth and/or Virtually (M-F, generally 8AM-5PM) however we may be flexible with prior communication.
