We are seeking hard workers to service a variety of clients in the Flathead Valley. Job Qualifications: -Valid and insurable license -Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to work a minimum of 8 hours a day -Demonstrate the ability to operate lawncare related equipment such as a truck, trailers, walker mowers and attachments, line trimmer, backpack blower, pruning tools, and any other necessary equipment -Good organizational skills -Ability to work with/motivate up to 2 other crew members -Ability to work with a wide range of people, alone or as part of a team Job Specific Responsibilities: Equipment: -Oversee/assist with loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment -Oversee/assist in performing daily checks of vehicles and equipment Field Work: -Maintaining efficient, steady work pace -Coordinate work to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability -Manage time, labor, materials and equipment -A positive attitude and a team mentality are critical for success.
