Please note I will only reply to those who seem a good fit for the work because generally we get a lot of replies. I am seeking a PART TIME worker for interior painting work. You must be good on heights as much of this work will involve being on a scaffold with a standing height of about 12' for painting of areas as high as 18. This is the primary need. Must have some past skills involving painting but I am not looking for a union level painter wanting $60 an hour either. I can train most people for what needs to be done so only general skills are needed. This is perfect for someone who has a second job especially shifts outside of the 10a -3p range during the weekdays or even someone retired. Pay will start at $20 an hour cash in your hand. Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up. For most part - for now - this will be part time as needed. If I do find someone who can do good work and show up there is absolutely advancement in both pay and available hours. Typically I have at least a week or two notice when help is needed and right now as much as eight weeks so normally should be fairly easy to schedule around other work or jobs and I am a bit flexible as far as the days needed as I can plan out a job to work with some scheduling issues. Must have reliable transportation either to me (Fenton) or the job site which varies but generally from southern St. Charles through Jefferson County and much in the central corridor of STL County. Must not have a substantial criminal background or drug arrests (basically CaseNet stuff).
