Looking for an Hourly/Monthly Rental in Midtown for Music Classes

Do you know of anyone looking to rent out a space for extra money? I am looking to find a suitable space for violin classes I am hosting for adults in or near Midtown West. I need a 500/600 sq ft space to use on an immediate basis for my next semester of group classes which are scheduled for 4 days a week (Tues & Wed nights and Sat & Sun mornings during June 8th - August 1st). I am open to an hourly rental (would be 120 hours total over 8 weeks), a monthly rental (for June & July, if the price makes sense) or even a longer term commercial lease to house my lessons studio if it is a perfect fit. Places I imagine may want to rent out 120 hours of time during 2 weeknights and 2 weekend mornings: Schools, business that operate only 9-5 and have a large open/meeting area, a church, a community center, a stage that is not being used, a dance studio, a landlord who has an empty building due to construction, a large space with no leasee who is willing to make some cash on the place.
