Cleaning Staff Job Summary Olson Services, LLC seeks a motivated individual to assist in daily cleaning and sanitizing for corporate and government clients. This is a part-time job. 9AM - 2 PM Monday through Friday. (25 hours per week) After completing orientation, you will be assigned independent work. Your motivation, professionalism, and attention to detail will be a welcome addition to our growing team. Duties and Responsibilities • Cleans and keeps up various surfaces and material within a building or space • Sweeping and mopping of floors, as well as vacuuming carpets • Daily Cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, showers and mirrors • Restock necessary items, such as soap and paper products • Collects and removes trash from a building or space • Operates and maintains equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaners • Safe and proper use of basic cleaning materials and personal protective equipment • Notifies supervisor when major repairs, including structural issues or highly skilled tasks, are required Skills and Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation • Physical Stamina • Physical Dexterity • Agility • Time Management • Attention to detail • Ability to work Independently and as part of a team • Ability to follow approved procedures • Ablilty to lift 50lbs
