This adorable little male corgi mix came in to the Wake County Animal Shelter with another dog (that was female and slightly larger than Nickl Nicky). The female dog was adopted out today leaving Nickl Nicky all alone in his kennel. He looked to his big sister for confidence and I'm sure he is very scared being alone in the kennel without her tonight. If you're looking for a small, quiet, gentle, sweet and loving pup, please consider Nickl. He is waiting for someone to take him away from the scary place that he's not familiar with. Note, the Wake County Shelter is very nice and clean and takes wonderful care of the dogs there. It's just that Nickl is shy and scared and looked to his sister for comfort.
