We are looking for a Make Ready Technician-Groundskeeper for an apartment complex located in KCMO. This position is Monday – Friday – Hours are 8:30 – 5:30 The main duties include: Basic maintenance in vacant apartments to get it ready for a new move in. Replacing furnace filters, outlet covers, toilet seats, drip pans, replacing mini & vertical blinds, changing batteries in smoke alarms & CO detectors, cleaning up patio &/or balcony, making sure all toilets, appliances, etc. are working properly. We use a very detailed check off list to help you make sure nothing is missed. Light maintenance work including Makeready go backs. In some cases, this position requires you to be on call for emergencies. On call for snow removal/salting.
