Seeking an assistant with previous air-conditioning office dispatch experience. We also do electrical and plumbing. Candidates key role will to be assisting taking incoming calls,adding them to the run sheet and dispatching them to technicians. Also running the occasional credit application. Very fast pace office with a lot of incoming calls. Must be able to multi task. Full time position - Monday - Thursday 8 am to 4 pm. Fridays are 8 am to 1 pm. Alternating Saturday's 8 am to noon.
