MOTORCYCLE SERVICE ADVISOR Job Description: Euro Cycles of Orlando is seeking a full-time Motorcycle Service Advisor. Certification with all brands is helpful but not necessary. If you have DEALERSHIP experience, a GREAT attitude, are a TEAM player, take PRIDE in your work, and are self-motivated we would like to talk to you. Service Advisor Job Duties: -Prepare and review all repair work orders for accuracy and completeness. -Assist Service Manager in maintaining a smooth and efficient service department with a high level of customer satisfaction. -Determine correct part numbers on repair orders before job starts. -Maintain a clean and safe working environment for all technicians. -Treat customers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service. -Perform other duties and functions as directed by Management. -Demonstrate an interest in growing the dealerships business. Requirements of the position: -Experience working in a service department or customer service field. -Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement and maintain a CLEAN driving record. -Completion of formal training in the motorcycle industry (AMI, MMI, WyoTech and or BMW on-line or in class training) will be considered a plus as well as real world experience. -Must be proficient in using modern technology such as computers & diagnostic equipment. -Must have reliable transportation, housing & be a dependable employee. -Must be a team player.
