The K9 Training Academy is now hiring for kennel techs. Located at : 11709 S. Orange Blossom Trl # 107 Orlando, FL COMPENSATION: $10/ $11 Hour start HOURS: Must be available to work daily from 7am - 3pm... Weekends and Holidays also RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Cleaning the Premises, Kennels, Cages and Outdoor Play Areas. Feeding and Caring for the Dogs Doing Laundry Bathing and Grooming Dogs as Needed. Help Trainers in other tasks as needed. WORK CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing/able to handle dogs without fears. Punctuality is important. Interact with dogs and care for dogs Be extremely comfortable around dogs Willingness to learn animal behavior and health Reliable transportation Able to work weekends and holidays as schedule. Exposure to cleaning chemicals, fumes, dust, animal dander and feces. Physical efforts require constant bending, stooping, standing and walking. Some lifting of animals and objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodations.
