We are interviewing for experienced bathroom and kitchen remodeling professionals / sub contractors. Must have your own tools and transportation. Photos of prior projects. Verfiable references, min of 3 projects. Be able to install / frabricate shower pans, framing, floors, shower floor & wall tile installation, setting of cabinets, sheetrock installation / repair, hardi -backer installation, plumbing and electrical..... etc. as you know every job is diffrent and the scope of work will vary. We pay per-project and pay the same day project is complete - when the customer signs off on the (Acceptence of Completion Form) Please respond with your contact information - email and cell phone. You are required to complete a facts sheet, a 1099 and sub-contractor agreement. We have a bathroom remodel available to hire right now, start today call me I will share futher information on this project: Pay on it is $1400.00 no plumbing work or floor tile on this project. Must be able to frabricate the shower pan and curb, some framing, install hardi backer, install shower floor tile and tile walls, no shower glass or door installation. easy job..
