We are seeking a (full time) Maintenance person and Porter to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment at our office buildings in Anaheim. Responsibilities: Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Light maintenance work like changing light bulbs, door knobs, painting ​Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Self starter Ability to work under minimal supervision This is a full-time position M-F 7am-4pm With Medical Benefits Please email pay history and resume.
