We are a senior community with a private nine hole golf course in need of maintenance workers. Experience and knowledge of working on a golf course is extremely helpful. Workers are responsible for maintaining the landscape in all common ground areas and on the golf course. Job duties will include walking mowers, sit on mowers, edging, blowing, raking, irrigation and tree and shrub cutting. Applicants should be willing to learn all machinery necessary and the upkeep of them. This is a physically demanding job, handling heavy push mowers, weed wackers and other equipment and a lot of walking. Work hours are approximately 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mon thru Friday and possible overtime on Saturday. Vacation and Holiday pay accrue after your probation period. Possible room for advancement.
