Builders' Insulation is proud to offer employees: Comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance Competitive pay paid weekly Profit-sharing plan On the job training Select quarterly bonus incentives Responsibilities include: Load/unload material onto work trucks Erect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights Observe job site safety policy and procedures Cut the insulation materials to size and install in frames, ceiling, attic or crawlspace Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery May be required to drive a company vehicle and follow DOT requirements Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory Qualifications include: High School diploma or GED (preferred) A valid driver's license (highly preferred) Experience in the Construction industry (preferred-we will train the right candidate) Position requires a Drug Test and Motor Vehicle Report (if you have a DL), contingent upon employment Physical demands include: Working in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces Lift a minimum of 50lbs Climb ladders and scaffolds, ability to stand for extended periods of time Adapt to various weather conditions Able to bend, twist, and turn body and shoulders, waist knees To begin your better career opportunity, submit your application.
