We have a storefront space available evenings for creative endeavors. Could be a practice space or instructional space, writers, web designers? For the musicians, no amps no drums no music after 10pm. Unique space easily accessible. In the past we had music teachers, cellist, violinist, pianist, small groups play for audiences and teach classes, writers, web designers…… Some limited daytime hours could be arranged but evenings are wide open, seeking long term arrangements after initial trial period.
