Location: Tarzana Schedule: M-F, 7am – 12pm Compensation: $25/hour cash A very kind and busy family in Tarzana is seeking a part time housekeeper to help keep their home running smoothly and looking beautiful! The home is fairly large – 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with a big backyard. There are also 4 kids and 2 dogs. The family is seeking someone who is a great communicator, very organized, has an eye for detail and presentation, and is happy to clean up after the dogs. Ideally you pay close attention to detail and leave no stone unturned (will not miss any cobwebs in the corners, will dump out any old flowers in the house, etc). The home is in need of standard daily cleaning in addition to regular deep cleaning as needed. The family is lovely and would like to have someone who can grow with them for the long term. The role has potential to turn full time with more responsibilities (light errands, groceries, some household assistant duties) for the right fit! Please have a positive attitude with great energy to keep up with this busy household! Duties/Requirements will include: Daily cleaning/organizing/general tidying and household upkeep Weekly laundry for the kids (putting away laundry) Weekly laundry for all bed linens/towels Weekly refrigerator cleaning True knowledge of cleaning products/how to properly use them Keeping the outdoor living spaces clean (dusting furniture, etc) Picking up after the dogs Ironing napkins once a month Polishing the silver twice a year The family is looking to hire ASAP!
