Hello This is a building in Winchester VA I have a commercial room that is that is approximately 28 x 30 and about 11' ish high. 2 of the walls are are not full walls one of them has a front door and two bay like windows and the back wall has a big cabinet covering most of the wall. A very small hallway and bathroom are part of the job. Given two of the walls are NOT full walls roughly 750 sq feet. We will use a single color (benjamin moore) for all paining and will supply all paint including cover coat. You will supply paint brushes/rollers/tins and drop clothes to do job. The paint has cover built into it so just two coats Experience, Cleanliness and good price will get the job. Looking to hire now.. Cheers Stephen
