Grounds Keeper/Maintenance Position Local Manufactured Home Communities currently looking to fill our Grounds Keeper/ Maintenance position for our Summerville locations. This position is full time with competitive pay! Requirements for the position: *Must be able to pass a background check * Must have a valid drivers license *Must have reliable transportation *Must be able to multi-task *Knowledge of basic tools and lawn equipment AND maintenance *Must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions *Must be a team player *Must be punctual Job duties include, but are not limited to: *We provide most tools needed *Lawn maintenance of communities *Garbage pick up and disposal throughout communities *Trimming, edging, cutting, and general landscaping *Blowing leaves/debris and clean up *Clearing and cleaning vacant homes and lots *Minor mobile home repairs (paint, skirting, cleaning, flooring) *Improving community and home appearance *Assisting management in daily inspections of communities *Assisting management in enforcing community rules and regulations We are looking to fill this position immediately!
