We are looking for an experienced maintenance man to work onsite at a condominium community in Orlando, Florida. This position will be 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday. Full Time: Monday through Friday and some on-call weekends. Duties to include: Handling Work Orders Interior and Exterior Painting Drywall repair Irrigation Clean up of the community Keep pools clean Maintenance skills and tools a plus Knowledgeable and Positive attitude A MUST!
