Trinity Sunday
Worship services are limited to 20 people, in addition to our worship leaders and volunteers. An Eventbrite reservation link will be sent out the week before each service. You must register to attend services. Once all 20 spaces are taken, we cannot allow additional people to attend. Eventbrite will alert you to availability.
All individuals will be required to wear masks at all times (the service will be cancelled if anyone refuses to wear a mask), maintain 6 ft. distance, and sign the COVID-19 Event Disclosure and Screening Form for every service. These forms must be kept on hand for 21 days.
There can be no gathering before or after the services. There can be no coffee or food offered or provided. There will be a table set up with the necessary forms, extra masks (for those who come without one), hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and Lysol.
In addition to the above, there will be:
communion in one kind (the host in the form of a gluten-free wafer)Individuals will go up to the altar one at a time to take a wafer. Every person receiving should sanitize their hands before going forward. The gluten-free wafers will be taken back to the pew. Once back in the pew, masks can be removed for consumption of the wafer and then must be put back on. You may also wait to consume, until you've left the church. There will be no singing. There will be no handshaking or hugging during the passing of the Peace, but you are encouraged to pass the Peace with a bow or wave.An offering plate will not be passed, but will be placed in a designated place in front of the first pew.I have attached the St. Philip's Episcopal Church Safety Plans and COVID-19 Event Disclosure Form for your review.
