Job Description
Duties and requirements:
· Base understanding of residential construction and safely use power tools- must provide own base tools
· General site- demo and clean-up
· Pick-up, Deliver, load and unload construction materials
· Be able to perform physical labor (ability to lift at least 75+ lbs.)
· Must be able to follow instructions and work alongside other personnel
· Must adhere to all safety and site regulations
· Must have a valid Driver’s license with clean record- NO EXCEPTIONS
· Trim & Cabinetry skills a plus
· Must be able to pass a back-ground check- no criminal history
· Must be able to pass a drug test
· Standard working hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
· Ability and willingness to communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, project managers, fellow employees, etc.
