We are looking for a passionate and experienced Porter Manager to inspire, lead, and manage our porter team. The ideal candidate has a commitment to excellence and a desire to learn and grow. Overview of Responsibilities: Recruit, hire and maintain a fully staffed porter team, including porter supervisors Build a culture and sustain team morale that is in line with the rest of the restaurant Schedule and manage the porter team to uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and general building maintenance across the restaurant spaces Ensure a smooth and quiet daily service Create a professional relationship with the kitchen and dining room teams Manage and control the purchasing of supplies to meet inventory needs and budgetary goals Requirements for Success: 3 years of experience in maintenance management role, preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Competent in problem solving, planning, and decision making Bilingual in English and Spanish Capacity to teach and mentor others This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of our team and grow with us!
