Established local food company is seeking a part-time Shipping Associate to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate has experience packing direct-to-consumer orders of perishable products and has a valid drivers license. Responsibilities: • Generate and print FedEx shipping labels and packing slips for direct-to-consumer orders • Pack orders safely with ice packs and packing slips according to specifications • Transport packages to shipping center • Take inventory of product on hand and shipping supplies • Organize and maintain workspace • Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or logistics • Ability to work independently • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Valid drivers license, car preferred
