Enjoy outdoor yoga at golden hour in the garden at Nan's with Earth & Aerial Yoga! Earth & Aerial Yoga will be hosting a sunset mat yoga class in the garden at Nan's on Saturday, June 12th. Meet, greet and check out the space starting at 6:45PM. Class will begin promptly at 7PM until 8PM. Each ticket includes a nutrient-packed and delicious grain bowl! No yoga experience necessary. Space is limited! There's something beautiful about connecting with the earth and moving our bodies as the sun sets. After a long day, this golden hour yoga class will be the perfect thing to help you wind down for the evening and truly center yourself. About Earth & Aerial Yoga: Earth & Aerial Yoga is located in a gorgeous, light-filled space at 43 Broad St Suite B307, Hudson, MA. The studio offers aerial yoga and Lyra classes along with private sessions, kids and teen classes, and workshops. Aerial yoga is a type of yoga, in which students use a fabric hammock that gives students better support, a deeper stretch, and the opportunity to safely enter poses they might not ordinarily try in a traditional yoga class. About your teacher: Katharine Scalora began her yoga journey in 1999. She is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and has over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. She loves teaching both mat and aerial yoga classes, and her passion about the benefits of both grows as her knowledge deepens with ongoing study of new ideas and research. Katharine’s mat classes are typically a slower flow, as it allows time to move mindfully from a place of steady strength, to focus on sensation, and to refine alignment, all with a sense of curiosity and lightheartedness. Her aerial classes are playful and exploratory. She will encourage you to take some risks and see your practice expand in ways you might not anticipate.
