Maid Sailors - Experienced Home Cleaner (Boston) - ~$28/hour + Tip! Maid Sailors is a top-rated cleaning platform in Boston, specializing in residential home and office cleaning. We're looking for Professional Independent Contractors to partner with us Your Responsibilities: Commitment - Once you confirm a job you show up on time and complete the entire task. (Tasks include wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing the trash, cleaning floors, among other tasks.) Self Management - Be efficient in your cleaning and time. Communication - Be proactive if there are any problems or concerns, as you wlil be working independently most of the day. WOW the clients - Providing a fantastic cleaning experience to each and every Maid Saliors client.* Requirements: Experience - Have 2 years of paid cleaning experience, preferably in residential or hotel cleaning. (Minimal or no experience will not be considered at this time. Cleaning your own home does not count.) Transportation - Must have your own transportation to commute to the cleanings. Supplies - You'll provide all the cleaning supplies for the job. This includes the vacuum cleaner, Swiffer, disinfectants, liquids, sprays, rags, cloths, etc. Communication - Good understanding of written and spoken English. Technology - Must know how to use a smartphone including Google Maps and checking emails. Pride & Professionalism - In your cleaning and how you handle the clients. Background Check - Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a background check. Why do our Contractors stay with us? Great Pay! Starting pay will be 40% of job (~$28 per hour) plus tip. Flexible Schedule! You have control over your schedule. We have jobs 7 days a week. We'll assign jobs based on your availability, reliability, communication, and cleaning performance. Easy Payments! Weekly payment via direct deposit. BONUSES!!! Bonuses are given for great performances. Real People!
