Join us at Seneca One for our second "Intro to Yoga" class with Space on Seneca!
Calling those interested in yoga!
Spring means trying new things and Summer is almost here! What does that mean? It's time for you to give yoga a try in order to feel FRESH for summer!
For those of you who are on the fence about yoga, don't know where to start or what to do, this class is for you!
We do ask that you bring a yoga mat to class. Borrowing from a friend for this class is the best way to get started.
We're here to help you ease into yoga and give it a try with other beginners. Space on Seneca is going to host a 60 minute class at Seneca One on Wednesday, May 26, from 6 - 7 PM for beginners ONLY!
We're all in this together.
The best part? The highly anticipated lobby bar at Seneca One will be open at the end of class so we can all reflect over a glass of wine and a bite to eat.
In this class we will learn the basics of yoga, the different portions of class and what they mean, some history, and the main takeaways from doing yoga regularly.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions! This class is $15 and payment will be accepted when you arrive at Seneca One.
Please plan to be at SO by 5:45 PM to get your spot and get comfortable. We will start promptly at 6 PM.
Regarding COVID 19 - we will be adhering to all CDC regulations for this class.
