Full-time Housekeeper / Cook / Babysitter We are looking for an upbeat, reliable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude who can take on the role of housekeeper / cook / part-time babysitter for our family. Emphasis on cleaning and cooking, as the childcare portion is typically a few hours per day, as the children are in school and day camp. This is a full-time, long-term position on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Responsibilities include: - full housekeeping, laundry, and deep cleaning - cooking dinner and additional meals for the family - general errands and chores for the family - drop off / pick up children from school and camp, taking them to activities, help with homework Workdays – Monday to Friday, typically 11:30am to 7:30pm, but with adjusted hours when kids are on break from school or day camp. Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in a private home as Housekeeper and babysitter • Excellent ability to connect, understand and care for children • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks as needed • Good cooking skills with ability to prepare meals • Good command of the English language; additional language skills are a plus • Proficiency with email, text, and electronic calendar for communication and organization • Flexibility to work overtime on weekdays and Friday night as needed • Excellent references required from current and previous employers Please reply with contact details and resume.
