Airbnb Cleaner - Clean Stylish Spaces, Part-time We are a small property management company based in Miami, that specializes in Airbnb management looking to add a couple of cleaners to our team for a part-time job (10-35 hours weekly). We have vacation rentals in Brickell, Midtown and Biscayne Blvd. Job Responsibilities: -We're looking for a cleaner to cover up to 3-6 units per week currently. If things are going well, we may give you more. -All jobs occur between 11:00am and 4:00pm. -Our units can take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours to clean. -We may assign more than one unit to clean a day in the same building. -Occasionally accommodate late check outs and early check ins. -Must work with the property manager to ensure the unit is in tip top shape, notifying the manager of any damages to items in the unit or if anything needs to be fixed. -Must be willing to complete a cleaning checklist, every single clean. -Must be extremely reliable -Must be able to take last minute bookings and be willing to take cleans on weekends and some holidays. Daily Duties: -Making sure our properties are ready for Check-in according to our standards -General assistance of Day-To-Day cleaning operations -Prepare Linens, do laundry and other property inventory -Small touch-ups of wall paint when necessary. -Small repairs. Qualifications: -Hotel Cleaning or Airbnb Experience (Preferred) -Must have open schedule and be flexible through Day-to-Day Operation -Must have a smart phone with a working camera on the phone to use our cleaning sign up and checklist system. -Must complete an interview / training on the job.
