Delray Beach condominium community is looking for a dependable hard worker to complete maintenance and cleaning duties and able to perform as a team player. Skill Set: Familiar with power tool usage, painting skills, and some plastering skills Monday -- Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm Major Tasks • Maintain minor and routine painting and other maintenance activities using hand tools • Use wet vacuum to suction accumulated water on 16 catwalks following rain storms. • Assist maintenance supervisor with painting and maintenance projects • Gradually swap out catwalk lighting with energy saving, high output bulbs • Use blower to clean the pool deck, catwalks, and front entrance to buildings • Backup maintenance supervisor with maintenance of elevators, lobbies, common elements, catwalks, clubhouse, restrooms, and office • Perform basic tree and landscaping tasks as needed Minor Tasks • Keeps community in clean and orderly condition • Performs any combination of the following duties: Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaces during vacations of janitor • Empty trash and garbage containers • Pick up trash and litter from community grounds • Assist in cleaning debris around edge of the lake • Maintain dog waste stations • Check and replace A/C filters in all air handlers • Lifting and arranging the pool furniture Requirements • Positive attitude. • Pass background check and drug screening • Valid driver's license
