The Club at Admirals Cove is searching for Landscaping Groundsperson. The primary responsibilities are to perform a variety of labor tasks in the maintenance of all landscape areas. May use hand tools and light motorized equipment as necessary.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily routine clean-up of all grounds areas as necessary including trash patrol, weeding, hand watering of interior and exterior plants as required.
• Participates in special projects of planting, fertilizing, plant/tree removals, tree trimming, etc.
• Performs other labor duties as assigned
NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:
• Flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends & holidays)
• Must be able to work for long periods of time.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Always use supplied safety equipment when needed
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Capable of using light motorized equipment and hand tools
Candidate Qualifications:
Flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends & holidays)
Able to work on a rotating on-call schedule (respond to emergencies 24/7 as needed)
Must be able to work for long periods of time.
Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
