Oswood Construction Company, an established general contractor headquartered in Great Falls, Montana, is seeking to hire laborers, carpenter apprentices, and carpenters for all phases of construction for a project in Anaconda, Montana. This is a sixteen-month project. Laborer qualifications: must be a self-starter, willing to learn, and able to read a tape, follow instructions, and pay attention to detail. Duties include (but are not limited to): demolition, moving material, clean-up, etc. Carpenter qualifications: must pay attention to detail, be able to follow directions, be self-motivated, and must take pride in their work. Duties include (but are not limited to): all phases of carpentry work, using power tools, helping with daily building tasks, keep the construction area clean, and move and organize material. Compensation: pay starts at $18+ an hour for laborers and $25+ for journeyman carpenters. All wages are dependent on experience. Employment: Full-time “4x10’s”, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Employees are eligible for Paid Time Off after one year of employment.
