A retreat-style event, bolstering the physical and mental health of womxn through community, movement, and sound bath meditation. We believe that the creation of a safe space and a tranquil environment provides an escape. All while allowing space for engaging individuals in meaningful face-to-face connections and personal growth. Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, an open heart, and themselves. Order of Events: Please begin arriving @ 5:15p Our offerings will begin @ 5:45P Opening statements and community building an introduction to all of your instructors, your fellow JPO attendees, and the offerings of the day. Journaling exercise with Rae (@raveenalexis) allows you to settle into the event with full intentionality. Workout with Lexius (@3levatedByLex) guiding you through a low-intensity full-body workout. Break and Breathe after each offering we will offer about 15 minutes to go to the bathroom, mingle or experience a card pull with Carey (@careyadela). At any time during the event, we encourage our visitors to honor their bodies and take a break to partake in the water and snacks that the JPO crew has provided. Affirmations with Carey (@careyadela) make you feel seen and heard in one on one moments throughout the evening. Yoga with Alii (@MellowwMovement) takes you through an intentional flow of movements that will stretch, ground, and relax you. Check-in with Rae (@raveenalexis) fully soak in the experience of the day with a final journal prompt that will ground you in preparation for the Sound Bath Sound Meditation with Ashlee (@PilotJoneesPilotJonees) will unlock, unblock and align your chakras using sound & vibration. Group card pull with Carey (@careyadela)one last collective affirmation for all of the attendees to seal in the healing and growth of the evening. Send-Off @ 9p JPO takes Covid precautions by: 1.) Asking participants to wear a mask at their own discretion 2.) Providing hand sanitation stations throughout the venue JPO takes mosquito precautions by burning citronella tiki torches and offering all-natural to heavy-duty bug repellant.
