Skilled laborer to: Maintain Grounds, keeping them free of trash and litter, dumpster area, common areas, recreation areas, laundry facilities, parking lots, offices, storage containers as directed. Exterior light fixtures, replacing bulbs, perform "trash-outs"and turn over, vacant units--removing abandoned furniture, trash, etc... Detail property on a daily basis, "curb appeal," Repair/replace windows, screens, patio doors, tearing down fencing, repairing fencing, digging holes for post, "Make ready" duties as required, Clean storage and maintain resources, tools, and inventory, change locks, rekeys and make keys when directed, distribute resident communications, notices, Mows grass, weeds, rakes, sweeps, change garbage disposals and faucets, minor repairs, leaks in piping, patch and paint walls-ceilings, replace flooring/tiles as required. Conduct inspections with Property Manager. Skilled with small hand tools and machines. Experience: 3-5 years experience in Maintenance desired... Associate Degree or ability to use measurements when making repairs, purchases, replacements. Experience with drywall, small hand tools, some large tools, and landscaping equipment.
