Come out and support the Southside! Sol Fest is the first fiesta-style event in far southside San Antonio, so come out and join in the festivities. The day kicks off with a free soccer clinic for special needs students hosted by TOP Soccer. Students from Southside and Harlandale ISD will perform and show their school pride. US veterans from Alamo City Rods will show off their classic cars. Vendors of all kinds will be available to satisfy your shopping needs. The San Antonio Game Truck will even be on hand for all the gamers. To quench your taste buds, Southside ISD class of 2024 will be dishing up all the festival favorites like chicken on a stick, nachos, snow cones and many other favorites. The DJ will kick off late afternoon with some of southside’s favorite music while our live bands prepare for the evening. Jerry DeLeon and Southbound will rock the night away and close down Sol Fest. All proceeds stay in the Southside and benefit both SHS scholarships and the Mission City Soccer Complex.
