We will show you how to make each recipe taken from her cookbooks as you sit back and enjoy a class of French wine that has been perfectly paired with the meal. for ages 21 and up. ABOUT JULIA CHILD This American cookbook author, cooking teacher, and television personality made French cuisine accessible to the American public with the publication of her first cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
