The Cleburne High School Athletic Training Program will be hosting school physicals for the 2021-2022 school year. **If you have received a positive diagnosis of Covid-19, we highly recommend that you see your personal physician for a physicalAll students will need to have an appointment to see the doctors. We highly recommend buying tickets in advance as appointment slots are limited!! Cost - $10 Students must bring their signed and completed medical history form with them on the day of physicals.
